1. Registrants are responsible for selecting their own roommates.
2. Most of the rooms will have 2 double beds which would accommodate
up to 4 people. Additional roll-in bed is available for 5th person
based on availability for an extra $50.
3. Completed registration forms with 50% of the total payment must
be received by April 30, 2013 for early registration discount.
3. Late registration by May 31, 2013. Final payment must be received
at the Diocesan Office by June 15, 2013.
4. All Children under the age of 5 are free but need to be listed.
No last minute walk-ins are allowed.
5. Please make checks payable to the “Malankara Archdiocese of the
Syrian Orthodox Church”.
